JUMPSTART
Live locally and ever thought about a career in hospitality? If so we’d like to hear from you. Each year we give dozens of new and old Blue Mountains residents between 18-20 years of age the opportunity to gain insight into hospitality and learn some of the skills necessary to make it to the top.
We call this our “Jumpstart Program”. Its all about charging up your engine and jumping into hospitality whilst learning from the best.

SENIOR WAITER

Experienced with at least 2 years involvement with a similar bistro, cafe or fine dining establishment. Needs to demonstrate high level of restaurant acumen including developed food and wine knowledge. The ideal candidate will be charming and efficient thereby building easy rapport with customers and consistently executing the restaurants sequence of service. An exciting role in the Best Restaurant in the Blue Mountains with flexible hours and great tips available.
