With various options at your disposal and a dedicated functions co-ordinator, your event is in good hands. We are a preferred off site dining venue for the Fairmont Resort and can accommodate your corporate event up to 65 seated or 100 standing. Our precision service team will go above and beyond to ensure your guests’ experience is second to none. Terms and Conditions

Group Booking Policy: For bookings of 8 or more adults you are required to go on one of our banquet menus. Adjustments to the menu are permitted for special dietary needs. These details are to be communicated prior to your event. Group table sizes vary and we will endeavour to best accommodate your needs. An out by time may apply for your booking according to availability. Last drinks are at 11.30pm as we close at latest 12am. We are fully licenced and do not allow BYO. Beverage selections are required from the menu at least 7 days prior to your event to allow us to have enough in stock for your event.

Event Deposit: To confirm your booking we require a 25% deposit, this can be charged to the credit card provided or an invoice can be sent to you with bank account details (please request this if required)

Balance of Accounts: The balance for the event is to be paid at the conclusion of the event, this can be charged to the credit card on file or another card on the night.

Cancellations less than 5 days prior to the event full deposit is forfeited, more than 5 days you will receive a full refund minus any credit card surcharge.

Menu Selection is required 2 weeks prior to your event. Final numbers and dietary requirements required 5 days prior. Should less than the confirmed number turn up on the day, the full payment agreed is required.

Surcharges: Weekday group bookings incur a Service Fee of 7% added to the bill at the end of the night.Weekend bookings incur a weekend surcharge of 10% added at the end of the event. Credit card surcharge applies – 1.25% Visa/Mastercard, 2.25% American Express.

Exclusive Hire: If you would like an exclusive hire of the venue we require a minimum spend which varies with the day you are wanting to book, please contact us to discuss what this is for your requested date.
